The Evaluations: Private Dog Training First Steps
Our evaluations before dog training services will help pinpoint areas of importance or areas within our training services that are key to focus on. Take the first step towards a wonderful and fulfilling life as a pet parent by giving your fur baby private dog training.
This process begins with an initial evaluation, where our dog trainer will travel to your home to meet you and your dog to assess your precious fur baby and determine a customized training plan that will meet your specific training goals.
Initial Evaluations are a Must for Private Dog Training Lessons
After the initial phone call, our dog trainer will visit for an initial evaluation. You will discuss training goals, any behavioral issues and other important information regarding the pet in question. The crucial information from this assessment will form the basis of the training plan.
This initial training evaluation will last around 75 to 90 minutes. In the initial training session our dog trainer will start familiarizing with you and your dog, getting a sense of your interactions, the problems you are encountering and what type of rewards or incentives your dog responds to the best. The dog trainer will provide you training and management tips based on their observations.
After our evaluations are completed, training lessons will be scheduled in accordance with your schedule. Lessons can be done during nights and weekends. Usually these lessons occur twice a week for the first few weeks. More frequent training and feedback result in better outcomes.
Private lessons can be held at your residence or at mutually agreed upon locations such as parks, shopping malls and other areas. These lessons will last 75 to 90 minutes.
